Being on the the East coast I like the Idea of being able to watch at least half the season with out going to the bar. I can sit at home and watch them.

ending the season with Chargers and Arizona is also a good thing.

Not terrible. A little crappy to have back-to-back road games in St. Louis and Denver, and then in NY and NO, but on the whole, I feel like it's a better schedule than we've had in a while. Four of the last six at home, so we should be able to end on a strong note.

Like the last 4 of 6 at home. Good way to end the season.

Damn we got Seattle 2 out of 3 weeks.

like Willis says, doesn't really matter. both teams will be fired up no matter the 'days rest', who played whom the week before, the weather, injuries, etc. etc.

what is more of a concern are adjacent games that we're "supposed" to win.

Looks like a 12-4 or 13-3 record (baring major injuries) at the end to me.

the West alone is getting tougher so 13-3 will be hard to attain?

we all want to beat Seattle but its also Arizona and St Louis, both of these teams are getting better in a hurry.

After the game at NYG, we pretty much spend the rest of the season on the west coast. Arizona is not too far, so I'm discounting that. Nice to see the team's traveling time cut down dramatically this upcoming season.

No, it won't be easy. I see 1 loss @SEA, 1 loss @NYG or @NO or @DEN, a random game that no expects to lose like Indy last year, and then if its 12-4...another loss in one of the games mentioned above. I don't think the Rams are quite there yet to where they'll beat us this season.

I'm glad we are not opening up in Seattle like I thought we would. I'd hate to be the sacrificial lamb for that event.

I hate that we then have to play in NO on a short week. That's the only pretty raw deal on the schedule IMO.

Along with the fact that it's a 10am start and we follow that game up with another 10am start against the Giants.

But I agree that's only the crappy part of the schedule and even that I don't consider a huge deal as every team has some crappy parts to their schedule every year.
