So did they announce it ahead of time or not Princess? I said they won't just release it without hyping it and making it an event. The words to say are that you were wrong. Come on, you can say it Princess

Hyping it is not announcing the scheduling release the day before. Congrats on being wrong and a bandwagon.

I guess that's as close as you will get to manning up and admitting you were wrong.

Next time quote me and not be a no testicle pussy about it.

Hyping it is naming an exact date at least a week in advance to run commercials, not 24 hours. We were both wrong.

ports Business Daily reports the NFL considers Oct. 15 the drop-dead date for a 16-game season that could still be completed by February.
Oct. 15 would be Week 6 under normal circumstances. John Ourand and Ben Fischer report the league would strongly want any 16-game season to be completed by the end of February. In that scenario, regular season bye weeks would be eliminated as well as the traditional off week between the conference championship games and Super Bowl. For now, the league is still planning to release a normal schedule by May 7, but it will be constructed in such a way that allows easy reconfiguration. Ourand and Fischer's entire article is worth a click

Thank you, that was very useful. Looks like they’ll release Thursday May 7th with contingency’s.

Jesus fucking Christ you bandwagon retard, they have done exactly what you are saying the won’t do the last 5 years. They. Never announce a tentative date for it and they always just release it, usually after a 6pm sport center on a Tuesday or Wednesday night right befor the draft. It already has buzz but they again usually don’t announce the day. Stop arguing to the contrary. Please take your head out of your ass and understand that or just shut the fuck up.

or, maybe they do announce it and make a big deal out of it :pound:
Hmmm...which one of us said that

Yes, a planned out predetermined, hyped up night that the league makes a lot of SportsHoopla over and uses to hype up talk about the league. Not some random quickly released because you are bored night. Get it?

But I thought just releasing it on some random Thursday will kill its buzz?

Dear God you just can't man up and admit you were 100% wrong and I was right. Must be thought to go through life like that. It's not a random Thursday night when they announce it and hype it. You honestly are going to still try and argue this?

Does announcing it the night or two before really create a huge media buzz? Why wouldn’t they do that the week before?

I couldn’t care less what a bandwagon yankee and cowboy fan thinks of me. Just to be clear

There are a lot of rumors about the schedule leaking out, we will see what is real. But one rumor is that Philly starts the season playing all four AFC North teams.

They stated in an article that it’s a possibility all nfc teams will play the afc division they are slated to play first just incase the season needs shortened, those games would be the ones lost.

That sounds like Dallas will play Pittsburgh week one.
