Super Parade is tomorrow (Tuesday). It starts near the Prudential Building and heads to Government Center. It starts at 10 AM. Players and coaches will be riding in 25 Duckboats.

It's the only day that the entire team can be available.

I'm here on the left coast. Just heard on one channel it has been moved to Wednesday because of the storm. Make sure you confirm that.

That came from WBZ Channel 4 in Boston on the 6:00 PM News. If I hear anything different before I go to bed tonight or before I shovel 18 more inches of snow tomorrow morning I'll post it.

No sooner do I post and I get the message that NWPATSFAN has indeed heard correctly....please read the article below.

BOSTON —The city of Boston will hold a parade for the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots on Wednesday.

The parade was scheduled for Tuesday, however the city decided to move the parade to Wednesday because of the storm.
"Due to today's bad weather and the worsening forecast for tonight, the New England Patriots and the City of Boston have made the mutual decision to postpone the victory parade," a joint statement said.
The parade route will begin at the Prudential Tower and end at City Hall. However there will be no rally, Boston Mayor Martin Walsh said.
Some areas of Boston could see more than a foot of snow by the time the snow ends Monday evening.

"We will not be having a rally at City Hall Plaza due to the amounts of snow," Walsh said earlier.
Mayor Walsh explains parade route
The players and members of the Patriots organization will be riding on Duck Boats during the parade. Walsh added that the vehicles should be able to navigate around the snowbanks.
Cindy Brown, of Boston Duck Tours, said the company is working to get 25 vehicles ready.
"It's an incredible honor for us, and we are so proud to do it," Brown said. "This is going to be the coldest, snowiest one we've ever done, but we are up for the challenge."
Walsh canceled school for students Tuesday saying, "the safety of our children and families in Boston is always our top priority."
The city is working to remove thousands of truckloads of snow off the streets of Boston.
The parking ban will continue to stay in effect, and the mayor urged residents to stay off the roads so crews could remove snow from Monday's storm.
"We want to make sure that the entire city is up and running tomorrow," Walsh said.
Walsh thanked the fans who celebrated "with responsibility," adding there were no arrests in the city related to the celebrations.
Crowds of mostly college-aged fans gathered around Boston the game, and although they screamed and chanted, they remained orderly.
"We asked them to behave, and they were very well behaved and celebratory. It was a good night and a great victory for the city," Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said.

It was supposed to be tomorrow. But as others already mentioned it's been moved to Wednesday, which it should have been in the first place

Pats arrived at Logan in yesterday's snowstorm. The news channels were there to film them getting off the plane and onto the buses to Gillette Stadium. Outside the airport there were several hundred hearty Pats fans standing in the snow and wind cheering the buses as they passed by. Not only was it snowing, the wind chill was -11.

They're expecting a crowd of near 1 million people to line the parade route Wednesday. The city of Boston is in the process of clearing away approx. 1,000,000 tons of snow along the parade route.
They've been removing all street snow and sidewalk snow since last night.

I was out snow blowing twice yesterday and have to do it again this morning so my wife can get out and get to work.

I will be there, printing out my avi pic as a sign.
Route is next to my office. Too bad the kids can't make it, but the players have vacations planned.

Were you stuck in the gridlock today?

For those who don't know, Boston had some of it's worst traffic today. Wicked gridlock.

I worked at home again.

If I go into my office (and I should since I have worked at home Mon and Tues and will be headed to CT on Thursday - weather permitting) I will take some time to make the 5 minute walk to the Common.

No parade will ever top the 2004 Red Sox parade.

That was a religious experience.

Sounds awesome 1 million in that weather. I used to love tge the snow. Luckily I don't have much to deal with out here annually. But I feel your pain.

You go boy. I'll be looking for your avi. Chances are out here in WA I won't see much coverage. Will have to reply on the sports shows and anything you guys can pass along. Naturally after you get home and have time to thaw out.

It was a hell of a parade. Left my office for the 5 minute walk. Found a place to stand in the snow. Then, with the help of a few people, got pulled up and stood on an elevated subway grate.
