LOL
I am fucking a boot!

I dont care!

It was a good game, not like one team was killing the other.
Not like the Chiefs raiders game where one team didnt have a completion for 3 quarters but still won.

First off those stats do not show that the Lions outplayed them.

Second and more importantly did you actually watch the game? Stop being such a sore loser homer.Theres no way you can objectively watch that game and say the Lions outplayed them

Correct it was not by much but the Lions did outplay them at home where Dallas didnt really have a close game all year. Cowboys fans are so used to winning they can not be impartial. You got handed a game. You should just take the W and run away as fast as you can.

Nah, this is a bull shit take. He’s benefited from playing aggressive this year as well.

You know what’s aggressive? Going for the win down 1. He had the balls and the call and he was completely cheated out of it by the incompetence of the “best officials in the world.” Last night wasn’t on Dan Campbell.

He would have won the game if he took 3 points in the first half

he was a fucking moron on Thanksgiving day taking several ricks that back fired in his face against the Packers. He could have won that game if he did not take the risky plays. In my opinion I have seen enough to say he has hurt his team.

Haven't made it through the whole thread. Did anyone mention that it was actually Hutchinson that tried to trip Pollard on the play when Hendershot was called for the trip? Game over before any of this other crap happens if that wasn't called or was called the right way. Can't really see too great here but it's clear if you watch the replay. So instead of 1st and 25 it's either first and 10 for Dallas from the Detroit 11 if they called it or 2nd and 3 from the 22 and Detroit using a TO and likely to be out of them and Dallas not throwing the ball so running clock down even if they don't score.

Who is is complaining or making any comments like that? I'm just saying you are wrong saying they outplayed them

Absolutely. This is two very good teams fighting for playoff position, and the game was awesome. Even with the loss I came away feeling better about the Lions than I did going into it.

It took the Lions a quarter to realize that LaPorta can't block Parsons one on one. Lions adjusted and Cowboys countered by rushing Parsons up the middle and he killed it there.

Lions new blitzing scheme showed it can cover some of the shortcomings of our corners.

Game was awesome. Damn shame the main takeaway at the end has been the officiating.

I did too. I didn't expect it to be this close and the Lions went toe to toe with a playoff team, who really needed a W and is the best home field team in the game.

The Lions got screwed and although Dallas was not informed about the proper elgible tackle (and ftr I am not familiar with the rules regarding eligible jersey numbers) but observing their postions in the formation is the only thing the Dallas D should have needed to determine that Decker was the eligible one.. and 70 was not.

I also don't think that Campbell will make the same sorts of decisions in the playoffs, if a bad one means their season is over. At least I hope not. Not taking the 3 on 4th & goal at the 5 right before the half, after being stuffed a couple of times, was not smart regardless though. But they were not going to get the 1 seed anyway. So maybe they lost a chance at more than 1 game HFA that was not guaranteed even with a win. Not a huge deal imo.

He fucking told them before the game this would happen haha. You’re a good sport putting a spin on this. This isn’t on Campbell. This isn’t on Decker or Goff or any other player. This is on incompetence.
People make mistakes. Blaming and whining about refs isn’t something I care for. (Fuck this one for not admitting he screwed up though)

Going for two three times in a row isn’t really a mistake. It’s stubborn, poor decision making. And it ended the game prematurely.

Wrong. 70 also approached the refs.
actually that was correct.
70 came running in from the side. He should have been the last guy acknowledged.
Have no idea why 58 was there. maybe he was escorting 68 :noidea:

The game was there for Lions to win. This reffing cooking stuff is confusing. They’re still very much in it, if the Lions HC can take this loss as a clusterfuck … just saying.

Fans can argue till the cows come home whether or not the refs fucked up, but the bottom line is it resulted in a penalty, putting the Lions on the 7 yard line. No way in hell should Campbell have ordered anything but going for the XP. Doesn't matter that they got a break with the offsides on the following play, he still should have settled for the tie and take his chances in OT. Huge mistake in my opinion.

Exactly what the nfl wanted them to do. They wanted OT
