I even said it on our own board, this was a game that the Niners have a chance to get back to the power running style they were good at and get some positive momentum.

I will say that Gore is the best on the slam play with the pulling guard getting to the MLB. He does not waste any motion from snap to getting the ball and getting through the hole. Great footwork, but I think I can say he is old and slow, which is true and partially a Hawks fan's business since it is many of us who have been saying it.

I like most of the posters on this thread minus Toby whats his name and am here to see what you think of the game going on. Sorry to ruffle feathers, or beard hair or whatever a 49er has.

You can say he's old and slow all you want. Look at the stats for last two games. He put this team on his back last week and our coaching staff fucked that up. He's putting his team on his back tonight and potentially saving our season. He's never been a speedster. Duck, cut, and go. Puts a little speed bump into you squakers 30 year wall "fact" i've heard so much about.
