Eh Seattle did it too. Buying out tickets that don't sell is awesome imo. It stops a blackout for local fans that can't attend the game for a # of reasons (economics, family, cold, other engagements, time factors).

And Green Bay is pretty good about fans getting in those games, I'll admit.

Uh i can't even recall one,i think there was one in the 80's,but never any playoff game.

If you're referring to mine, doesn't really apply... Seattle at the moment can sell out tix pretty easy, but it's a smaller stadium (pretty sure) and Seattle has been pretty crazy with football the last decade. It's taken the city by storm. 10+ years ago I might raise an eyebrow.

Also, Seattle is like 40 degrees at the coldest. I'm in Chicago right now on the 29th floor and stepped outside for 10 seconds and was like, "F*** that!" So yeah (granted the wind chill on the 29th floor is like -40 degrees lol, I live right off Lake Michigan).

Yes I lived in Washington for 29 years, and I'm 29. And maybe 10 years ago is a little light (2004, we were still steady playoffs) but businesses were buying out some tix in the 2000s. Now shut up and let's focus on this game. PM me if you want to take it there.
