I took a puck to the sack once when I was playing goal (forgot my cup that day). I had to pretend I was having "equipment issues" (huh huh, huh huh, actually I was...) for about 5 minutes because I couldn't even stand up. That was top three in my most painful moments, along with breaking my ribs, collapsing a lung, and being in a rollover car accident.
