I don't know if you have internet access at work (maybe via phone), but you can use audio streams here:

NBA.com: Audio League Pass

It's free, and all you have to do is register with NBA All-Access.

I've used it for years, when I don't have LP Broadband or TV access.

Sometimes one of the audio feeds doesn't work, but usually both work. You might also have to turn the volume up to hear the broadcast.

This should help you follow games lives, at least via audio, if you have internet access at work in some form.

Thanks, I used to use that a lot, actually. I am using the gamecast on ESPN. It kind of sucks, but the only way I can follow along live. I'm a 911 dispatch supervisor, so need to monitor all the work that everyone is doing. I need to keep my ears free to listen to what is happening. I did watch my first game of the year last night! Yikes, it was really bad.
