Most the people who have been cut are cap casualties.

My guess is they are deciding if they can get restructures done for guys they are on the fence about (Finnegan, Wells, Dahl, Langford).

As depth, I would not have an issue with DeCoud but not as a starter.

Fisher likes Finnegan and if his eye is healed, they'll find a way to bring back Finnegan and Langford. Wells is most assuredly done and Dahl is iffy.
