terrible news, good thing it was caught now though. If he hadn't of declared this could have been missed for another year and who knows what might have happened

The elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about is how the timing of this news cost him a few million dollars. That's pretty devastating.

Of course that money is nothing compared to the price of his life, but I'd imagine that would be hard to see in the moment.
