Sabres Have The 9th Place Blues GNT

The Sabres host the Blues for Game 2 of a 6 game homestand where they lost the other night to the Maple Leafs in a rare defeat.

The Sabres still remain 2 points out of the 8th spot, and a win tonight would put them there ahead of the Canes. The Sabres have not lost 2 games in a row in over 7 weeks now.

I will assume that Miller gets the start again, and the Blues will start Conklin since Halak has been out on the IR. This isn't as good of news for the Sabres as I though since Conklin is 6-1-0 with a 1.70 GAA in his last seven starts against the Sabres.

Hoping for a great game tonight with no injuries and a lot more offensive effort from the Sabres tonight.

Sabres don't do all that well with SHOULD unfortunately. Plus the Blues seem to do well in Buffalo, winning 6 of the last 7 games here.

The Blues aren't dead yet either. It's really too bad St. Louis got the injury bug. They've got 5 games in hand on Calgary & 2 to 3 games on everyone else. It's going to be a good game.

Too bad I won't be on here...apparently in my drug induced state last week with the meds from my dentist i agreed to dinner with my family tonight...at least it's pasta that I can eat as it's still a bitch to chew shit. I'll be watching the game but don't have internet access unless we leave during one of the intermissions...oh well. I'll let my signature do all the work in the mean time
