Well, this is the problem with rankings... after the year prior, everyone thought Arky was a national contender and started off ranked really high... similar to when Boise beat VT and everyone was screaming "I told you were were a contender..." only to see that might foe realize they shouldn't have been ranked in the top 50, much less the top 10.

Like I have posted so many times before... there is only risk for any big team to play opponents they don't need in their schedule. Win 99 of 100 games and nobody cares... it was suppose to happen. Lose 1 game, and you hear how much the entire conference sucks.

Will be interesting... I just read how Kentucky had the best recruiting class in the nation under Stoops... amazing. He must be paying players... but if the media is correct, they could become SEC contenders in the next couple of years.

WKU was pretty decent last year - as far as WKU goes anyway, which isn't saying alot.
