I've said it time and time again, Vancouver does not have the right personnel to play Torts' hockey. Very rare he will adjust his system to better suit the team, trust me.

Kesler is playing like a fire is lit under his ass. Has been edgy all game, only a matter of time before the goal game. 2-1 Rangers. Hell of a shot by Kesler

Canucks playing a VERY strong 2nd period, dominating the play right now. Thankfully our defense has matched it.

Rangers up 2-1 after 2 and will be on a PP when the 3rd period starts. Nucks played took a high sticking penalty right before the period ended, far away from the play. Not smart.

It was Richardson who took the careless penalty at the end. We need to steal the mometum and score on the PP!

Actually, I think the Canucks have played an okay game, King Henrik had made some nice saves tonight.

They dominated us the 2nd period. Had all the momentum, luckily, the last month we've been dominant on the PK

Giving up shorthanded goals like that when you have a chance to really take control of the game is embarrassing in itself - it shows why they're in the position they're in - mediocre teams do things like this in the worst situations possible

Not all on them. We're a top penalty killing twam and like I pointed out, 7 shorthanded goals since March 7th. It's not all on them. They have played well tonight, 2nd period was all Canucks.

But that's kinda the point - The Canucks know they have to run the table to have any chance and they're going to go all out on a PP chance to try to get the game to OT. That means you roll the dice and essentially throw caution to the wind.
