No doubt we are the far better team, but as I've previously mentioned, I get nervous when we face a team with as long of a losing streak as KC's. Let's hope we can stretch it to 15 games.

He seemed dazed for sure. Looked like a cut or something under his left eye too. Hopefully he isn’t concussed, but wouldn’t be surprised if he was.

Royals lit him up in KC too. Steve Stone said he thinks Giolito is throwing too many pitches in the zone on the first pitch and KC probably has scouting saying to jump on him considering that.

Gilolito does not have the jump on his high fast ball like he had the last two years. There swing and misses are very rare - so the foul balls end up frustrating him and adding to the pitch count.
