Outplay Pens in both games. Lose both games.

How much torture can one fan base take?

Woohoo! Not even gonna trashtalk, that was just a great game.

My very specific prediction for the rest of the series:

Pens steal Game 3 via Matt Murray
Caps tie Game 4 late only to lose a heartbreaker in OT
Game 5: Pens chase Holtby midway through the second period, a new chapter in Caps depressing history is writte.

Two for two! (I meant "Caps tie it late in the second period) Should I buy a lottery ticket now or wait till Saturday?

Don't know that you can blame Weber too much. Crosby was ready to pounce on that puck. Just unfortunate it ended right on Patrik's tape.

Crosby had two defenders between him and the puck. What the fuck are you talking about? Honestly.

Well one of those defenders was Weber but Crosby for the most part was crap tonight so it would have probably amounted to much of nothing.

I truly think if Weber didn't try to clear the puck Holtby would have covered it.

Fine. Your player sucks. Enjoy the loss. Happy?

Dear Barry,

I'd like to take a moment to say thank you. Tonight isn't going to be easy without our best defenseman, and it's obvious that you are aware and sympathetic to this. Your inclusion of Weber in the lineup tonight is very considerate of you, especially in the absence of Orpik, and we are very thankful.

Pens Fan

Thanks Barry, old pal.

Justin Schultz had 17:56 TOI and was even on the night. It's a Festivus miracle.

He didn't look comfortable, but also didn't look awful. So. He may actually play game 5 too. With Letang back and Pouliot having a rough night, may be him instead.
