Why were the Caps worried on that powerplay? Pens were 0 for 12, now 0 for 13.

Now going to OT, 8 straight OT losses for the Pens in the playoffs. Maybe time for one of those streaks to end?

I'm not able to watch this game, so I can't get a good feel on the officiating. I do hate to see penalties in IT unless it is something obvious.
