I just saw a replay of the Flyers goal, Flames had an identical goal disallowed on a goalie interference challenge. Oh well, consistency and the NHL have never been good partners.

Wasn't a dirty hit or anything, either. Maaaaaaybe a hair late if it were the regular season, but it's the playoffs and that's not the sort of hit that is inherently dangerous.

Alright, aside from what happened to Laughton, that was a good period for the Flyers. No penalties, converted on a power play, and looked good for most of it.

That said, the Caps have a nasty tendency to play better as the game goes on. We can't sit on a one goal lead against Ovechkin. Let's keep pushing, boys.
