Along with the release of Hill, only keeping 4 RBs is a bit of a surprise. Saw conflicting things about Tukuafu but it appears he did in fact get cut. I am wondering if we'll use a TE (Vannett) as an occasional lead blocker like the Vikings have done with Rhett Ellison. Either that or maybe Tukuafu comes back at the expense of one of 12 DBs who made the final 53.

So, Hill; Poole and Pinkins are all on IR now that they've cleared waivers.

With hill injured and waived I am not all that excited for our depth at DT other than McDaniel I guess where gonna see what Jefferson and Garrison are made of. Same thing on the offensive side of the ball I have no idea who George Fant is I am pretty disappointed in Terry Poole thought with him coming back he could have made the team.

Yeah. I just saw a graphic that showed that the case. Average age in 12 was 26. This year it's 26.6.

There was a Clayton article Seahawks roster thoughts: Expect even more changes that talked about why there are so many rookies on the opening roster this year. It has something to do with the number of injured players that they waived and how those salaries go against the cap until injury settlements are reached. He went on to say that once those settlements are reached, there should be more flexibility to add veterans to the roster.

I'm pretty surprised he lasted that long. Waivers are still based on last season, so the Cardinals were pretty close to the end of the waiver wire.
