Rookies Game - Free Admission

Thursday 9/15, doors open at 3:30, game is at 5:00, free parking. Admission is free, but you need to go to philadelphiaflyers.com to get tickets emailed to you.

Heading to the 7:30 Phils game, but stopping by to catch a couple of periods.

Word is the Flyers have given Blake Kessel a camp invite. If he's in the rookies game I'd be curious to find out how he does. He used the Wheeler rule & chose to leave school early. Obviously he thought he was better than he really is because he couldn't even get a contract from anyone. Anyway he played with JVR at New Hampshire so they're the connection as to why the Flyers might have shown some interest.

i'll be at the game.. will be exciting to see schenn and couturier in their flyers jerseys for the first time in game action. i'll be sure to write up a post of all my observations when i get home. im excited to be watching hockey again!
