I think it's more likely that Det misses the playoffs than wins the division. GB wins the next two easy IMO. Big game for Det is this week. Make that HUGE game for Det is this week.

I think they were more greasy than stone yesterday. I'm disappointed at what I can only guess was lack of focus and preparation for that game by the offense and I've never been a fan of our special teams, they just seem to not screw up enough or lose enough games for most to take notice, but they sucked ass again. We have had multiple blocked FG's AND extra points for crying out loud, and still give up big returns pretty regularly. But I don't think that will ever change, because they've been worse and they don't change much of anything.

Oh well, on to Tampa. I'm pretty sure they all didn't just forget how to catch the ball. I think they'll be fine going forward. There's a lot of history to say they will.

That Nelson drop was 100% on him. The others could be accredited to the defenses physicality. Getting guys off their routes, throwing off timing, making a receiver worry about getting hit, and just playing tight coverage and contesting throws all cause drops.

I've seen them do it many times too. What we don't usually see is them face a defense that contests almost every throw and pushes them around as much as Buffalo did. It's a not a coincidence, IMO.

Yes it is. But it's a big game for the Pack as well. I doubt they'll overlook the Bucs after what happened in Buffalo, but if they get upset again, the Lions clinch the division by beating the Bears. The Lions can also back in without winning another in if the Eagles lose one of their last 2.

This thread is lame. Still have to win @Soldierfield in a divisional matchup. The Bears have the talent to upset anyone any week. If the Lions get a win there they still have to go to Lambeau and try to beat a Packers team that has played out of their minds there the last couple years.
