Police Search For Car Mirror In Aaron Hernandez Investigation

Investigators are searching for a silver mirror cover similar to this one, between Dorchester and North Attleboro.




BOSTON (CBS) – New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has hired an attorney and is no longer speaking to police in connection with a homicide.

The body of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd of Dorchester was found Monday in a field in North Attleboro, about half-a-mile from the luxurious home of Hernandez. He had been shot in the head.
Lloyd was driving an SUV that had been rented in the name of Hernandez. He was dating a woman who is the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee.
At first, Hernandez was cooperating with investigators, but now, he has hired the Boston law firm of Ropes and Gray and, apparently, they have advised Hernandez to keep quiet.
Michael Fee, and attorney at Ropes and Gray released this brief statement Wednesday:
“It has been widely reported in the media that the state police have searched the home of our client, Aaron Hernandez, as part of an ongoing investigation. Out of respect for that process, neither we nor Aaron will have any comment about the substance of that investigation until it has come to a conclusion.”
On Wednesday evening, the Bristol County District Attorney’s office asked the public for help finding a silver mirror cover connected to the investigation.
Bristol District Attorney Samuel Sutter says the mirror, “is believed to have been broken off a vehicle, and may be visible along a route of travel between Dorchester and North Attleboro.

The Clippers are pushing for owner Donald Sterling to approve a deal that would send Celtics coach Doc Rivers and forward Kevin Garnett to Los Angeles, according to a report by Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.
The report says the Clippers management was to meet with Sterling Wednesday and move on completing a deal today.

On Wednesday night, a day after negotiations on the deal were declared "dead" by Celtics president Danny Ainge, talks resumed.

Christine Calderon, 23, took pictures of the homeless men before she was stabbed once in the torso, according to KTLA.

Police found Calderon bleeding in front of the American Eagle Outfitters around 8.30pm. Witnesses said bystanders tried to stop the bleeding.
