Definetly...ive been watching all access Canelo Vs Mayweather.. & Canelo is training in Big Bear 7,000 feet above sea level thats crazy with the thin air!

I think the altitude is worse with baseball because it affects the pitchers pitches and you have a good sinker it probably wont sink in Coors Field.

Congratulations to the 2013 NL West Champion Los Angeles Dodgers.

The team plane would have to crash for the Dodgers not to win the Division.

The only real concern I have is the BP. There are a couple of guys that could really screw things up come playoff time. It will be interesting to see who makes the playoff BP part of the Roster. Hopefully we won't see Volquez or Marmol, and if Belisario doesn't get his act together........maybe him as well.

Another nice win tonight. Nolasco puts out another good performance. Michael Young collects his first hit as a Dodger. I'm a little concerned about Puig's knee, Gonzalez not hitting much of late, and Uribe reverting to his old strikeout problems. I guess you can't have everything, but as well as this team has played this season (at least since June 22), it'd be a shame if they didn't go all the way.

Looks like Volquez is getting the start tomorrow....

Well AZ lost so now we are 13.5 up so tomorrow's game isnt super important. It might be good to let Volquez start and give our starters and extra day of rest

Tomorrow is a perfect day to start Volquez. Ryu and the rest of the SP get an extra day of rest. The Dodgers will pitch Ryu, Greinke and Kershaw against the Reds which obviously bolsters Dodgers hopes in that Series.

The Reds Series is important, not just in the Standings, but it's a chance for the Dodgers to make a "statement" against a playoff bound team.

Reports suggest Volquez, working with Honeycutt, has made positive changes in his mechanics. It will be interesting to see how the Volquez experiment pans out tomorrow.

Even if Volquez struggles tomorrow I wont put too much stock in it because he has a bad era in Coors Field. Depending where we are after the Reds series we might need to start resting players.
