I thought that way in April when they started 13-2 and Upton was on pace for 117 Home Runs. Everything seems to be coming together for them in every facet. Beachy coming back from TJS can be a difference make with Hudson gone and Maholm...well never mind Maholm really, he's given enough being a number 5 and puts up #5 numbers.

I still say 94 wins, the can play .500 the rest of the season. They're beating teams they should and they should steam roll the East.

The thing I worry about with them is the up and down nature of that lineup.

When they go bad, they seem to go really bad...much like the Reds.

All of those K's can kill a team in October, especially going up against a team with a strong staff.

If they're hot in late September and into October though? Gonna be tough to beat.

I already said the all or nothing approach will be their doom come playoffs. They only way they win and go onto the WS.....if they finish with the NL's best record. The Dodgers are ready to destroy everything in their paths. So I'm not confident with them winning only but the division and losing to them in the playoffs.

It was a pain in the ass when my 2 girls were small, but now that they're old enough to look after each other, I can actually go and enjoy myself.

Plus they're both real fans now, so they're usually right there with us watching the game.

yeah the oldest one is 11 and doesnt care, but the 9 year old and the 6 year old twin boys love the game the younger ones dont care either.. but hey my wife is learning sports we we have been married so now she yells more then i do..

sports is a lot more fun when you can see the enjoyment in the kids eyes.. but saying that..

I think the Braves, Reds, Cards, and Dodgers are all pretty equal, and all have a legit shot at going all the way. It just depends who happens to be hot at the time.

Pirates have no shot. They won't win the NLC, and they'll make a quick exit.
