That is so true. Dare I say it, but shades of 2001. We aren't winning 116, but who expected all those wins night after night? I guess every 24 seasons like clockwork. This has to be the craziest run in Mariners history. No words can describe looking at their lineup and be like yeah they are going to win
Could not agree more. Mr. 1st pitch hackster. Drop his ass down. Funny, not so much, how Seitzer and Edgar have done wonders with guys on the team especially Polanco yet Foolio is the same hack machine as always. Thick headed much?Foolio still batting about 5-6 spots or so too high in the order.
He needs a big serving of humble pie and penciled in to the 7-8 spot, until he gets that batting average up to at least .280
No not really. We just had bases loaded in the top of the inning and Arozarena rolled one over to 3B for the final out. Then M's just kind of fell apart in the bottom of that inning. He wasn't really getting pounded just nickel and dimed to death. A blooper between JP and Arozarena that seemed to hang in the air for a long time but fell giving them first and second. Then the next guy grounds to Williamson who had it roll up his arm loading the bases. Then a basic hit and another basic hit. Just not enough to say he is getting smashed but all of a sudden it is 6-1. You might as well let him eat up hitters. Just a bad day that seemed like we all saw coming. I wrote the win off last night after our victory so I am good with it.Unable to watch the game out here in Ohio
Was there not a point at which Wilson could’ve gave the hook to Evans before he gave the game away surrendering all six runs in the same inning?
This one ain’t looking good at all
