I admit that Rousey approached this project in a classy manner by first reaching-out to Patrick Swayze's widow for approval/blessing to play the role of Dalton.


This Road House remake could potentially be just as bad (or worse) than the upcoming remake of Big Trouble in Little China starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson as trucker Jack Burton (Kurt Russell in the original).

Oh, man. Roadhouse is in my top 20 most-enjoyed movies of all time. I can't even imagine a really well-done period remake of that movie. This one? Not so much.

There are a lot of bad movies that I like but it doesn't make them good movies because of it.
This isn't one of those movies.
It sucked a big bag of dicks when it was made and it still sucks a big bag of dicks now.

Remaking a big bag of dicks isn't going to help anything.
