2 things jumped out at me
1 - Nebraska v Oklahoma would be fun to watch
But.......as long as Houston wins out, they automatically get one of those spots I thought.....
Are they assuming they will lose one of their final games![]()
They do get the spot if they win out and even if they dont there will likely be a non-AQ team in the BCS. For example if Southern Miss wins out they will for sure crack the top 16 and be ranked ahead of whoever wins the BE thus making the Golden Eagles a BCS team.
See, to me.........assuming teams win out as expected in this scenario, Stanford will be the team getting screwed.
The Fiesta Bowl has already stated that they would like an Oklahoma vs Nebraska matchup if they can get it. It's all about the money.
I'm sure a non-aq team will get a BCS bowl bid.
Both Tennessee and Vandy aren't making bowls....it will be one or the other.
Please explain.... Seems like a good game for Stanford.
