jets werent bad ... their problem was they had to go through edmonton and calgary in the old smythe division

was just looking at jets seasons and 83-84 jumped out at me lol

jets regular season records against:
Oilers: 0-8-0
Flames: 1-4-3
So out of a possible 32 points they took 5 points from the oilers and flames

jets finished the season 4th in the Smythe with 73 points. If they were in the sack of shit Snore-us division that would have been good enough for second place lol

/they made the playoffs and were swept in 3 games by the oilers ... so 0-11 v the coilers that season
