I loved seeing him play even though he was on the Celtics. Always a classy person. My parents parents met him once and my mom told me how nice and personable he was. Sorry he lost the battle with cancer
Most people are like that especially in real life. Most people are not like us idiots in the PF.Seemed to be one of those guys that didn’t have to agree with you in order to appreciate and get along with you. Our world needs a lot more of that now days.
Ummm, no. Social media beyond this place is a cesspool and most people are mixed up in it. I’m not even mentioning politics now days. Most people are like that especially in real life. Most people are not like us idiots in the PF.
I disagree. For all the weirdos immersed in social media, daily interactions in my life and the lives of everyone I know are still civil and mostly completely unaffected by politics. Maybe your world is different so you are projecting that onto everyone else.Ummm, no. Social media beyond this place is a cesspool and most people are mixed up in it. UCLA was 84-4 in his playing days. Three Final Fours, two titles. Lost in 1974 to a awesome NC State team and David Thompson by three in OT. In the 1973 NCAA title game, Walton scored 44 points and was 22 of 23 from the field. A CBB layer did that now, they would name bridges after himOne of the best college basketball players of all time.
Recently watched a couple of those games on YouTube, and I'd say he was as good as any college center ever, even Jabbar.UCLA was 84-4 in his playing days. Three Final Fours, two titles.
