Still don't understand why, when mentioning "greatest" backs in history, his name rarely comes up. His post seaon numbers of 82' and 83' were amazing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think his numbers of the 82' playoffs have ever been duplicated.

Maybe not from the talking heads on TV...but people that watched him play...fan of skins or not......Give Riggins his props.....Everyone that watched himplay knew he was getting the ball, and knew he was gonna get yards, and fall forward.....They know he was a hard runner and a beast, and IS in the conversation....with the greatest...Maybe not top 5...but certainly in the conversation with other great backs!!!
