yeah, I'm sure Cliff would've hated being a multi-millionaire, touring the world and still playing music into his 50s... what a terrible life.

And I don't care how soft some die hards claimed it to be, at the time...Fade To Black was/is one badass tune.

They lost their intensity after "Justice".

Metallica was meant to be wound so tight that you KNEW the spring was going to come flying out, nicking you, you were going to bleed.

But you didn't mind. That was all it was about. Riding the missile into the sun.

After "Justice" that was gone. And that is sad. They had a good run, but lost their balls.
