The cup leaked and it was transferred to another cup, that deviation was not noted in the initial report of the process.

The 2nd cup had drugs in it I suppose.

I understand technicalities and due process, if they didn't follow the procedures he has a right to challenge them. And its a four-game suspension and loss of huge income, so I understand the reason he does so.

That said, he's a chump for not taking his punishment like a man, and I wish people would at least remember that he's a cheat that got off on a technicality. Unfortunately if Ryan Braun is any indication, by next year everyone will have forgotten and Sherman will have gotten away with everything.

Ha Ha, man the failure of the Bounty bans really turned the NFL into a bunch of bitches.

I don't care if he took the drug when he drank from the other guy's bottle during a position meeting without knowing alderall was in it... in the NFL you're supposed to be responsible for everything you put into your body and that is why they give everyone that big book of which products they need to avoid ... along with telling them to never ever share anything with a teammate.

He seemed awfully proud of himself considering he only got off on a technicality. Seems like a real shitbird.

Can they test him again? Or does each have to be random? Could this be akin to probable cause - but not under the same rules because this isn't the government. (Collective bargaining rules instead.) It wouldn't be double jeopardy, because first, governmental rules do not apply here (CBA does), and second it would be a separate test, meaning it could be from subsequent Adderall use, not the same crime (first consumption as before). Athletes have been known to do some stupid things, even when smart people - but I suppose the league doesn't want to lose twice if they assume it's now out of the system and he wouldn't take it again. I guess he could claim that he hadn't taken it since, but then he'd be admitting taking it before. Though I guess he didn't dispute that, didn't he say he took it by mistake, not being clean and now regardless is free because of the administration of the test?
