Let's hope he has had the fear of god put in him and he's not one of those that slacks off again once the pressure is off because that has been his history. If he can turn it around and becomes a productive contributor, that would be unbelievably helpful. I hope he beats out Chester and we can get rid of his and his bloated contract.

Or the fear of losing out on a lot of $$$. These guys will be kicking themselves years later if they miss out on big money contracts simply because they don't know when to back away from the dinner table.

If I remember correctly, he reported last year over 340lbs.

espn lists him as 315 as his playing weight . i doubt he sniffed that last season . but coming in at 317 lbs when his playing weight is 315 is pretty darn good for him or anyone

Chris Russell reported the same 317. He said that before 2013 offseason LeRibeous tried to manage is offseason by himself. This year he hired a trainer who helped him watch his diet. This year when he would go off the wagon a little bit the trainer was there to help him stay on that straight and narrow.

It amazes me what these guys can do. My nephew and NoVorro Bowman can walk around at 215-220 in the off season then once it is time to get ready for the season they can add 20-30 pounds of muscle. Apparently Josh likes fatty foods instead of taking lots of protein so he has to watch what he does.

If he was 340 lbs and could still move, I dont think it would have been a real issue. But apparently he got fat and moved like it. Mike Shanahan is Not the guy to be a fat slow guy around... ask Albert about that.
