last year at about this time, after getting thumped by the Hawks 7-1, the team had one of its famous "closed doors meeting", and promptly lost to the Coyotes 3-0 the next game.
Henrik said after that game, that he thought they played well, and if they kept playing like that, they would be allright. pundits scratched their heads, but he was right. they railed off 6 straight wins after that, and never looked back (in the reg season anyways).
this year - shit the bed in Minnny - some would say that HAD to be rock bottom. The next night, they lost 3-2 in St Louis. Again, Henrik said after the game "we playted well, and if we keep laying like this we will be alright".
so.... can history repeat itself? I don't have a great feeling about this one, but am certainly hopeful.
Burrows is out w/ a bad back, Hansen will be in his stop with the twins.
meas a thrown together 3rd line of Ebbet - Manny - Cody
also, Rome (the great stabilizer) is back, so Sulzer has a seat.
Luongo get s the start.
also ... just booked my trip to Phoenix Nov 25 whooooo!!! roadtrip!!!
