If the DA continues then they must really be confident in their case and the evidence. It would seem this would make it harder. You have a witness who lied either the first time or is lying now so either way is unreliable and then there is this video.

Apparently...and this is just speculation...it started with the ex spending thousands from his credit card, and he had warned her not to do it. Finally some $20 grand purchase on a necklace was the straw that broke the camel's back, and he 'threw' here out of the house (carried her).

No doubt. There isn't any doubt a suspension is coming. 4-6 game for him would be a best case scenario and I would guess the DV charges would have to be dropped for that to happen. The DV charges if he was found guilty of what we've read happened those might be career ending. He would be done with the 49ers and a good chance done in the NFL

While I admit this is 'good' news for Foster and his future with the team, this example is more proof about him and certain people he hangs around with. That was a concern about him from Day 1. I know people will say 'bitches be crazy' and whatnot, but if this girl really went that far to mess Foster up, that to me is on another world in terms of people you choose to associate yourself with.

For that, plus the other issues....I just can't trust him to stay clean.
