I know. It is concerning. If he does something stupid and gets himself arrested again they are going to have to cut bait

Isn't SF already thinking about it? Sounded like Lynch was saying they already regret drafting him.

I read about the Lynch comment but I haven't found anything he said that suggested it. From everything I've read they plan on sticking it out with him for now

So for all the rave reviews Lynch and co got for last years draft, a year later, it isn’t looking all that great...

As of right now, yes. I like to judge drafts after three years. Some of the lower level drafts like Kittle and Taylor started to break out during the 2nd half of the season especially when Jimmy G started playing. If Solomon Thomas gets better then the draft will still be good despite Foster

You think we LB with that 9th or go BPA? Foster was a great pick...but it turns out we're good a picking up talented players that are as smart as a doorknob.

The LB corp as it is right now, is pretty much trash. I'd have no problems taking Roquan Smith...or I guess that Edmunds kid, though he's risky. I'd still prefer to get someone like Landry at 9 to hopefully solve the edge position, and call it a day.

Then pick up someone later on in the draft or a FA like Brian Cushing or Lawrence Timmons to hold down the fort till perhaps even next year's draft. I think going into this season with the LB crew we have now will be a major problem.

They will draft a LB at least one, just not sure which round I would guess I'm the first three. I wouldn't mind a small trade back to say Buffalo or Arizona and still land one of the pass rusher while picking up more draft picks.

That would be a decent scenario...maybe one of the QB's falls to #9 and the bidding begins.

Yea we're thinking along the same lines for sure...I would love to get my hands on Chubb...that sounded weird. It'll be interesting to see how the draft shakes out. I'm sure the Browns have their pick already signed but the NFL makes teams with the 1st keep quiet for TV//Satellite radio suspense. After that it could get pretty interesting.

I'll believe it when I see it.

Well I don't doubt they will release him if he is found guilty but if the victim won't testify and the case gets dropped and the NFL can't get much for information out of the victim he'll probably still be around. He's going to pay a lot of money to make this go away I'm guessing.
