In many ways Banny is better than Wash. Wash might be a better third base coach than Banny. Wash is more animated than Banny. Not much other than those two things.

Even in loyalty to vets Banny isn't nearly as die hard in that area as Wash was.

At least wash could beat the blue Jays, and the Yankees / Red Sox. I have yet to see any playoff success under Banny and in my mind that is the most important thing when you build teams to compete like JD does almost every year lately.

No he didn't. A younger Hamilton, Beltre, Moreland, a much younger Napoli, Cruz, a much better Feliz, Holland, Colby, and even Michael Young beat those teams. They won in spite of Wash.

Wash did things like not bring Derek back to pitch after he put forth the best effort in Rangers postseason history. He also put MY at cleanup. Most of all he decided to not put Chavez in for defensive replacement in Game 6. That last one alone was enough.

He also didn't bring Feliz back out for another inning and then told everyone Feliz couldn't make it make out even though no player or coach ever backed Wash up in that claim. Feliz denied it.
