He lost his 13 year battle with cancer today. He was a decent 2B and a great broadcaster.
I didn't have the pleasure of hearing his commentary on baseball broadcasts as often as I would have liked to have -- only when the NESN game was on MLB Network. He added a bit of "spice" in the booth.
