Is it too far gone?

In the AL, we have a Boston/New York battle that shouldn't be.... in right field is rookie Wilyer Abreu against mega-star Juan Soto. (Props to Angel's Jo Adell, who should come in second)... should we place bets on Soto? Or will MLB start focusing on defense? Or, does it even matter anymore?

I'm shocked he is a finalist. I've watched Soto a fair amount playing on the Nationals, Padres and some with the Yankees the last few years and he has looked absolutely horrible. I've even considered starting a thread about it but I figured maybe I just caught him on some bad days. I will say that he's came into the league young and I haven't seen him much this season so maybe he's improved....
