Reimold in OF/Lough in OF/ both? neither? one?

So what do you guys think?

Sunday Nolan made a gaffe but he had his hits. Is it to be expected? Or even tolerated? If the O's stand-pat at the tradeline (which feels like will be the case) can you see giving Nolan any extended time in the batting order, regardless of whether the starting pitcher is a lefty or righty? He hasn't had a solid block of time to show his stuff off since June. Time to take a look at it maybe?

And Lough.. the seemingly forgotten man who's gotten a couple of starts at the top of the order. Continue with this? See if it has fruition? He has some speed, but will it translate into runs in a Lough-on-2nd-or-1st-base-two-outs situation? Keep trotting him out there and see what happens?

Since none of this team's corner outfielders is batting well enough to be a regular starter, one option to consider is to pretend that you're managing a Little League team. For example, you could replace the starter after 2-3 plate appearances whether it's Reimold, Snider, Lough, or Pearce...

Why do this? To allow everyone to get regular at-bats and thus minimize the probability that starting the "wrong" player would put your team at a huge disadvantage. It doesn't hurt to try when the team is only getting 0.625 OPS from left fielders (which is good for 28th in the MLB) this season...

nolan is a difference maker . buck said he wanted nolan and lough to push the with their speed . i agree nolan made a couple of plays i was like but he did get 3 hits and a int bb .

I think he's just trying to play the hotter hand. None of those guys are starter level in the MLB, should be just bunch players.

Lough last 15 games .226 0HR 0RBI
Reimold .242 0HR 2RBI
Snider .133 1HR 2RBI
Parmelee .140 0HR 3 RBI

So none of those guys are hitting well last 15 games. They'll most likely need to get rid of one of those once Pearce comes off DL.
