I honestly believe this is also one of the reasons. When there is nothing to bitch about, there is little to post about.

You should have seen the GDTs when we first got here. We would hit 300-400 posts on the reg. And we had some OUTSTANDING posters.

Colin, Heath, GP, Tidrow, filo, 3 or 4 "SF" handles that I was never able to keep straight (sorry guys)...

Now those were the days.

Those were fun days. So much fun, if you missed a GDT you felt you were cheating yourself of a lot of laughs, insight, more laughs…

I would love to participate in GDT, but I frankly can rarely watch a live Giants game anymore. Been that way the last couple seasons. Hopefully that can change here soon.

Soooo, I try to contribute in other ways like keeping up with prospects.

This is my situation as well. Back in 2010, along with being very hungry for Giant success, my kids were young and I found myself stuck at home for long stretches. Now I'm busy driving them all over the place and can rarely see a whole game, let alone three innings in succession.

But hey, for good or bad, I'm going to try to get on here more often. The insight on here is just as excellent as ever, and the GDTs seem to be improving.

That's what I remember, too. I talked with him a few times about going to a Fresno game together, but it never worked out.

CameronFrye is in your situation. Life with kids just got crazy busy. Bless you in the craziness. They won't be this age forever. Enjoy it.
