LOL, I haven't ever been too high or low on him but he has been producing for us. If he stays healthy and keeps it up will you change your tune? Or are you just kidding?

So whats everyone's take on Bannister now. He really seems to have these guys playing pretty hard for him. I know its early but they are playing a much higher level than I think many of us ever expected.

Hard to argue with results. Especially with a depleted lineup. I was aggravated with some of his in game moves, but that seems to be improving.

I advocated giving him more time before declaring him a bad hire. Still think it's too early to entirely grade the hiring, but it's off to a promising start.

Indeed. I've seen him put together some pretty wild lineups but like you said they are winning games. If they can keep this up, it could be a really interesting season, especially as they start to get healthy.

Anyone think Odor will called back up at any point this season, or is it better for him to just finish it in the minors? Haven't kept much track of him since he went to the minors honestly.

Agreed, it's still way early and things can change in a heartbeat in this game. I will say my opinion is way higher on him now than it was in late April.

Missed the last half of the game but saw the replay of Mitch's HR. Looked like the same pitch that Choo hit into a DP. Big win there to start off the series.
