I like the odds this series, anyway.
I'll play the nickle slots and hopefully get to the $ one tomorrow.I like the odds this series, anyway.
You are a brave man darryl. But I hope you are right.I like the odds this series, anyway.
Maybe, but he and Yu are better tha the past three pitchers. And these ain't those same Royals. But not sure what to do after these two, tho. And the trade front doesn't look to good either. Everyone posturing.Hamels has to feel some pressure thinking he has to win considering the pitching rotation we have right now.
If they made him available, he's one guy I'd love for JD to acquire. "Disco" (cool nickname) has #1/2 upside and is already pitching like a legit #2. Even if you inflate his numbers the standard NL-to-AL rate, he still has outstanding stats. Solid K/BB and K/9 ratios, terrific ERA and FIP, and he's just 26 and still has plenty of prime years left at a very reasonable and cost-controlled rate. Ever since he shut down the Rangers (back when they were hot), I've been closely watching him for fantasy as well as for Rangers trade candidate purposes. The dude has been just dominant in almost every start.
That is ironic. I was just thinking about him yesterday but I thought no point in mentioning it because I figured the Reds would keep him because he cost just 500,000. He is arg eligible in 2018 and a FA in 2021 so that is nice too.
Was he on the DL at the beginning of the season? He only has 50 IP. Was wondering if he was on the DL earlier in the season if it was due to his 184 inning workload last year which is the most he has pitched in the majors or minors from what I can tell.If they made him available, he's one guy I'd love for JD to acquire. I like him better than just about every single pitcher whose name has been linked to the Rangers over the last 2 months.

If DDJ is hot that is a good looking line upFri at KC: DeShields 7, Profar DH, Desmond 8, Beltre 5, Odor 4, Rua 3, Andrus 6, Mazara 9, Wilson 2, Darvish 1

Sounds like a bidding war about to start.I can see why. The guy is cheap and very good. He has been helping my fantasy team a lot lately.
