Indeed. In fact. You're the odds on fav to win the coveted Patting Myself On The Back award for such a pin point prediction all those years ago.I get credit for being ok with quinn since 1979.
Me.

Congrats, brother. You deserve it.
Oh...so here we go chiller. The mighty king of being right...the mighty king of predictions.I so do deserve it. Certainly more than that rat-bastard duke. That douchebag has been riding my coattails for years now. YEARS.
I’d challenge him to a knock down, drag our fight but I’m still worn out from the 12 rounder I was engaged in with a certain other poster who also seems a little bit too big for his britches, if I do say so myself.
For their sake, they shall remain nameless.
Please let me know when I can expect my belt.
How did you know that? Who told you???42. Duh.
How did you know that? Who told you???
Geez...this guy is good!
It was 42....
Duke hoists up the white flag....Douglas Adams told me. Played center for the boston braves in augut nine.
Read it this morning.Good article on the hiring process:
'He's your guy': How Steve Kerr and others influenced the Commanders to hire Dan Quinn
Quinn was a top candidate, along with Ben Johnson, Mike Macdonald and others. Here's how -- and why -- Washington made him its guy.www.espn.com
What I heard from Quinn's talk last week was extension and connection. He is promoting this from within starting with his new coaching staff. Creating this open dialogue among coaches makes everyone feel like they have some input on a new chapter of Washington Football. This connectivity will extend into the locker room. I believe he said Bill Walsh promoted this culture from within and Quinn understands the importance of it this go around.
I was a Ben guy too. No way he puts this kind of staff together. It's comforting to kinda know what you are getting with Quinn. Rookie GM, rookie coach, with a rookie QB, that would have been an experiment.I wanted Johnson, but Quinn is fast growing on me. if we could only be rid of the commanders name.
