What if cousins doesnt sign the tag?
still own his rights because the tag was placed on him and they can still try and trade him
But if he doesnt sign the tag, how will any other team want to follow through with a trade?
it be cheaper for a team to trade for him a bidding war for kirk is set at 34 mill skins can still tag him at 34 mill so im sure kirk be asking 30 mill a year range im con fussedteams might not wait on him also and move on in a different direction can go both ways
but kirk can sign the tag get 34 million then sign with broncos for lets say 28 mill that means in 2018 he can make 34 mill plus 24 mill is this right if so kirk would sign this
teams might not wait on him also and move on in a different direction can go both ways
Yeah but teams realize that redskins dont have a strong hand right now, i'm willing to bet at least one or two would be willing to wait them out
We might be able to make this work if Kirk doesn't decide to be a dick. Play chicken and refuse to sign it and see who blinks first. We cant carry his cap numbers for very long and he could wait us out. But if he waits us out he might miss out on going to a team he really wants as they move on without him. In the end, I doubt this works out for us at all. It's too late, damage has been done and the cards we hold are very weak.
please answer this if tag kirk at 34 mill then trade him we get a cap hit of 34 mill but gain something for kirk so by tagging him we are spending 34 mill for some return on kirk if so thats in fucking sane i think kirk will sign this if we can make a deal with the team that wants him kirk would not pass up 34 mill im confussed ahhhhhhhhh
