In was a bad game in every way including Rask. He didn't look his best last night and the team playing like they were skating through mud didn't help. I'm anticipating a better showing Sunday.

Me too... but COME ON! This is bad when we can not give TT a night off.

I agree, but Rask just wasn't on his game at all, and Julian wanted to prevent an even bigger blowout. I don't think it would have been good to keep Rask in there the way he was playing. The bottom line is, the Bruins need to play better consistently and they need to make a trade for an impact player. I guess that trade you mentioned doesn't seem so bad now. I just hope if they get Richards, it's not for just this season and they sign him long term. I hate those one and done trades, in any sport.

Funny how 12 months changes things...Last year at this time, TT was washed up and Rask was lights out.

I know... Its tough though. TT is so hot right now that its hard to give him a night off and put Rask in. But then he is gonna be burnt out come playoff time. And Rask just gathers too much rust on the bench and clearly doesnt look up to par when he is in. Not every game he is in, but it doesnt help when the team looks like a steaming pile of dog shit around the net when we play Rask.

I never thought TT was washed up dash, I just thought Rask would be better than he has this season. Thankfully, we didn't trade TT in the off season. It just goes to show how good he is when he's not injured.

Agreed. I dunno, now I am putting the brakes on though. To give up a first round pick for him, along with Wheeler and Stuart, I dunno. Richards would def be a HUGE pick up. Like you said, if we can sign him long term maybe, but to just blow your load on a one shot chance to go all the way and give up that much would be dumb.

I just think we need to make a BIG move, because god forbid Savvy doesnt come back. :L

To be honest, and I hate to say it, given the history of other players who have suffered multiple concussions, I think Savvy should hang them up. Your health is too important. I think the Bruins should see if they could do a sign and trade for Richards. There will be teams looking to trade good players for draft picks and prospects. The Bruins should take advantage of it.

Sadly enough, I agree with ya. I've said it before. I'd rather the guy know his childrens names when he is older. Just sucks... so much talent washed away because some fuck tard cant do his job correctly.

Those are near impossible to get comped. lol, I am probably going to go to that one any way, even if I have to pay super premium prices for the tix. :L

My first game ever was against the Habs (when Bourque played). Bruins won 7-3 and the game had everything. Short handed goal, PP goal, Breakaway goal, fights, it was great.

Used to love watching him on TV, still do, unfortunately I've never seen him play live.

I never even attended a Whalers/B's game... I caught Whaler's/Rags a few times, Toronto a few times, and Hawks once I believe. I attended more AHL games as a kid.

I'm pretty sure mine are size 8 (9-1/2 shoe). They're really nice CCM's. How much you looking to spend? They're coming out with newer models every year so you can save on close outs and such.

You lookin to sell those Wayne?
