This series is shaping up the way I expected it to be which is a probable split.

Games like this are disappointing because one bad inning cost us the game

Not good. Prices are high. 413 row 10. Paid like 100 dollars. Crazy. Just happy to be there. I go to like 10-12 games a year. Trying to go to more this year because of Jeter.

Tampa Yankees (1-3) beat the Clearwater Threshers (1-3) 7-6

The Tampa Yankees got by the Clearwater Threshers today in spite of their sloppy defense. The 7-6 victory was all from Eric Jagielo, who went 2-for-5 with a homer and 3 RBI, and Peter O’Brien who went 3-for-4 with a solo shot of his own.

Manny Banuelos started and pitched 3 innings of shutout ball for the Yankees. Brett Gerritse earned the win in relief, pitching 4 innings with 4 strikeouts and 1 earned run. Tomorrow the Yankees play the Threshers one more time.

I like how our team looks. 1 concern all these injuries already. Strength of this team is their starting rotation. Our hitting will be fine. Like what I see from Gardner, Ellsbury, Beltran and now McCan. Now if we can just get Tex going. He needs to stay healthy. Overall great weekend.

Ellsbury is becoming one of my Yankee Favs. I need a new fav after Cano leaving, Jeter gone after this year and Yes I was a Big Arod fan(not anymore).
