Or they should sell advertising on stamps.

Sure...or they could conclude like every successful private corporation, that Pension plans are ponzi schemes that aren't sustainable long term without constantly increasing your workforce to support it...

Why government employees are guaranteed pay for the rest of their lives is beyond me...why isn't a 401k with a "company" share so insulting, when it's the industry standard for retirement in the private sector?

She had some moves, for a white sorority girl.

While I appreciated the mini-show, I had to smh at one more example of society going to pot.

No wait, i was actually smh because my wife smacked me upside the temple for suggesting that we stop and assist those poor unfortunate young ladies.

Victor Cruz, Giants close to deal

Updated: July 8, 2013, 1:50 PM ET
By Ed Werder | ESPN

Receiver Victor Cruz is finalizing negotiations on a six-year, $43 million contract with the New York Giants, a league source said.

Cruz's new deal includes the first-round restricted free-agent tender worth $2.879 million that he signed in June after months of stalled negotiations over a long-term extension and adds five additional seasons.
ProFootballTalk.com had earlier reported a Cruz deal was imminent after ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported last week that the team expected to have Cruz signed before training camp.
Cruz, 26, is coming off two productive seasons with a total of 168 catches for 2,628 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Hakeem Nicks, the Giants' other starting receiver, is in the final year of his contract.

Why? It's not a sustainable model...which is why virtually EVERY pension plan in the country is going under and begging for bailout money...

401k is good for 10's of millions of private sector workers...it's not my responsibility to pay my postal carrier until he's 90....if he can manage to save up for his retirement, that's on him...

They already tend to get overpaid as it is.....

shortly after college, i was heading to VT to visit some friends, took route 2 out west. me and a buddy, impromptu trip. we had a Z of dank on us and a cooler full of beers. car load of chicks who ended up being Umass amherst students, car broke down (this is the days before we all had cells). we pulled over, asked if they needed help...they seemed cool (hippie-ish looking chicks). i stayed behind with them and "kept them company" with my bag and cooler, my buddy drove to a convenience store with one and called AAA for them. we ended up hawnging out with them as the sun set and night came in...must have waited for 4 hours with them for fucking AAA.

long story short...we spent the weekend at umass instead of going to VT...

my buddy is still married to the girl he drove to the convenience store with

Giants plan on also locking up Nicks long term according to ESPN

Love that offense, but this defense could be something awful

one example, and a year or so old...but look into "401k management fees" and you will be more than astonished.

the money 401k's make these people is, to sum it up, purely isnane and unjustifiable

NY Giants defense on year ago today

"It would be a really nice story if Mark Herzlich can make the roster"

NY Giants defense today

"The Giants are expecting Mark Herzlich to be the stalwarth of the linebacking corps"

PS- Mark Herzlich was barely "decent" last season

Not sure that's a guy I'd want to lock up long term...talented? Without a doubt...but going into his 4th year and hasn't played 16 games yet....even Amendola has managed it once....

Yeah,I'm also torn

But with these non guaranteed deals in the NFL, what does long term even mean?
It's all in the guaranteed, right?
