That was supposed to be a hit and run I believe.

Choo finds a hole

This season, when he's been available, I've been pleased with him. Hitting the ball hard for the most part, keeps a good eye ab, and playing a decent RF which I probably discounted some.

On the strikeout or before?

well a bunch of them have been bad, but on the strikeout the ball was off the plate and the catcher took it even further away. Even though Kzone showed it as a strike

I thought it was a borderlne pitch that looked worse bc of the catcher moving the glove to throw out Choo, but I'm still wondering how Desmond doesn't try and at least foul that off, it was way too close to take

Though I'll agree that it looked further outside than the k-zone showed it

At least it was a solo shot. Offense needs to get back to work. They've been pretty much shit since the first inning.

Probably Perez's last inning during a hot day game and nearing 100 pitches and starting to give up some concerning hard contact

Why do you take so much satisfaction in other teams failings than you do with our own success?

Sometimes I can't watch the games and scoreboard watching is the only contribution I can make to the thread. At least it is good news, you don't have to call me out for reporting something that helps the team. We would all be disappointed if the Astros won a lot of games before the break and gained some games on us due to our starting pitching injuries.

Buchholz is going to go longer in this game than Perez. That is amazing.

In the 1st, our first 5 guys got on base, right?

Got a problem with Martin not being able to go longer than this.
