But what I find nauseating is the steady stream of 4-5 star recruits that flow thru TrojanLand every year. I find this disturbing, not so much because my team that plays in the North Conf...but for ALL those who reside in the South Conf, just aint FAIR.

Save ya the time...UCS is back on track (top 10 so far) with a new coach yet to play his first game as a Trojan HC. WTH does that say to the rest of us PACers?

As for recruiting you can see on rivals that Alabama and USC are the top two in star average.

Notre dame isn't shy about paying it's coaches and has a huge recruiting budget

It's cool that it's starting out so strong. I really don't pay too much attention to recruiting classes this far out, though. Too many changes are likely to happen between now and signing day.

Gotta love all the young players getting time. It will only help with the depth. Last year we had depth issues and Kiff was scared to use players on the 2 deep. The receiving corps are scarey deep. With Farmer back catching passes and Juju and Adoree getting passes it bodes well for the rest of the season. I can;t see many teams haveing enough top CBs to keep them in check if and it's a big if the O line stays healthy and gets better.

Yep and I like that Sark isn't afraid to throw them into the fire. He said that he knew depth will be an issue and they would need the freshmen to step up, so he's been preparing them for throughout camp.

They'll make their mistakes, but they'll be better for it in the long run.

Two years in a row USC gets their targeted players. With everyone going gaga over offenses it's nice to see USC putting together a potentially great defense. I wish Sua Cravens was a year younger so he could play longer with Adoree and Iman.

Yep, things are definitely headed in the right direction. Hopefully, Su'a stays for his senior year, then we at least get 3 years of him playing with Adoree and 2 with Iman.
