0regone FANS are the ones who don't get it for the most part. You don't just hire a mercenary and plug and play and think one of the best QBs in cfb history leaving means nothing.

Is it unrealistic to expect our coaching staff to play to win instead of playing to lose? I think with each loss the seat for Helfrich may get warmer and warmer but I don't think he gets fired. You are right that Pellum should be on the next train out though.

I can't wait for that game either. I just hope our fans behave. You can see the sense that some have already in here that an end to the streak is coming. I could easily see some of the fuckheads out there being worse to your fans attending than normal. For Gods sake, don't park in the game lots with an O sticker on your car. Someone will be stupid.

The intensity of the crowd will be insane though. Probably from both fan bases. So much will be on that game. UW needs to finally get that monkey off it's back and the ducks are seriously desperate to right the ship.

I'll be ready for a win or a loss. It's college ball. Shit happens. I just love that kind of big game atmosphere.

I know how it can get. I live over in Bremerton. When I go to games over there, I take the ferry. Lol. Wasn't able to get tickets for this one, wish I had. But when you get a little booze in some young guys, they can be pretty belligerent. The Seahawks fans can be much worse than the husky fans though.

Just got home from a party and reading through the thread. Husky fans you are posting too much respect. Streak will end on Saturday and think UW wins by two touchdowns. The Ducks will not make a bowl game and serious evaluation needs to be done within the coaching staff at end of season. UO just lost to a team that lost to Portland State for peters sake. Very painful to watch how far the Ducks have fallen. Would love to banter with Fusky fans all week - but definitely in an underdog position and not sure how to talk smack.

I was thinking yesterday that it might open like Oregon -5 or something, but after that second straight loss at home and not looking that great at Colorado even I just don't know. Is it a pick'em? Does UW get a nod for playing their two losses very close and just coming off a nice road win? The odds makers know about the 11 game streak as well. And the sharps know UW has major issues on offense.
